Two simple ones...

Just a couple of very simple LOs. Love my Little man.... He is having his Birthday Party on Sunday but he is not 5 till Easter day. He is so excited because it is his first party and we are having a Bouncy Castle!!

Gypsy Chick.

Got this Gypsy Chick paper and did this LO and then thought I would use the paper name as the title. I think Amy is a free spirit and that is what being a Gypsy means to me. So I thought it went pretty well. Now this is another one of those LO's that I have not been able to get a great shot of.I mounted the paper on some dark green CS stitched around (as I always do) A few pages from a book, some of my Petaloo that I just got!! YUM. And Prima say it in Pearls. PLUS!!!! A Dusty Attic Clock face. Love DA at the moment! Wish I had more of it!

Be True

Goodness me... I know it looks like the same photo is being used but that is because it was from the same day. My DD often has her eyes half closed or a strange look on her face and it is not often I get so many lovely photos of her. So brace yourselves there is still going to be more to come. Kaiser paper and Graphics 45. Prima flowers, Tim Holtz alterations Caged Bird and Cherry Blossom Vine die from Sizzix that has been embossed with Tim Holtz Distress Embossing powder. The frilly looking material is just that material cut in a strip and sewn into a frilly looking thing... What a great description that was. haha.

Dream My Angel Girl.

This LO started as somthing totally different!! But in the end am very happy with the way it worked out. I just kept adding until I was happy... I made the flowers with the Tim Holtz alterations Tattered Flowers die. I must say that it is so easy to do a nice LO when I am working with such beautiful photos...... Love my girl!

I did this one up for the latest call out for SBM... Yes I am falling back into the subbing trap. I swore I was not going to do it again after my Masters entry came back in severel bits after not being packed with the same care I packed it with! It is a Black and Whit with one other colour. I have yet to get a rejection but I dare say that is coming on Monday. It is hard to tell on the LO but it has a lot of height in it. A very simple LO but I think fairly effective. And yes I made the wings myself from Fimo. I have them in many different colours.

Beautiful You

This is the first lot of good photos that I have taken in months. I was not scrapping so not taking photos. That is one of the things about scrapping.... You tend to take more photos and think more about them when you are taking them. They are no longer just happy snaps but parts of a work of art..... This LO has 5 layers of paper and a lot of bling.... But the bling does not overpower the LO.

Back Again......

Do you ever make a decision and then change your mind?? Well I am sure you do. I decided that I was going to give Scrapping away for good. I have had the last about 9 months where I have scrapped VERY LITTLE! I had no desire at all to scrap, buy scrap stuff or even look at scrap blogs..... Three of my fave things to do. I decided to shut down my old blog, but now I am back and scrapping again. Once bitten it is hard to give up! So a new blog had to be born. A new blog and a new name. I hope you enjoy. BTW thanks Lizzy for the prompt to do another Blog.. at least I know you will pop on in...

This was a LO for a CC at Scrap of Difference. Blue and green colour theme. I have had this Prima paper forever and have not found a way of using it. I have gone fairly simple with the LO but am happy with the way it looks.

This one was made on a bit of chippie. Paint and crackle medium and more paint. Then some glimmer mist and the Tattered Angels Glimmer masks. Now this LO looks much better in real life. I never seem to be able to get good photos!
